As in every type of successful construction operation, we believe that the single biggest contributing factor to a successful Construction Management Project is the selection of the correct personnel for assignment to the project. The assignment of personnel is based on their individual and collective talents, experience, etc. We also have the benefit of our entire corporate structure experience and expertise, as well as close contact with the corporation's principals on a routine basis.

Double AA Builders has always had an "open book" policy where the Owner participates in the process of decision making and has access to the project information at all times.
Our commitment to absolute client satisfaction is the cornerstone of our corporate business philosophy. Construction is a TEAM effort, requiring tough, day-to-day decisions by numerous individuals. Double AA Builders' multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents are equipped with the latest computer estimating, scheduling and cost management tools to provide the Owner the most current status of the project and its costs.
We provide the administrative, management, supervisory and other related skills and services necessary to coordinate the work of the individual subcontractor, tradesmen and supplier activities and responsibilities required to meet the project objectives of quality, cost and schedule. Our staff maintains cost accounting recording for work performed on the basis of unit prices, contracts, and purchase orders tracking materials, lien notices and waivers.
A full-time onsite Superintendent is maintained throughout the construction process with adequate support from management required to maintain the schedule and expedite the work.
We have long recognized that we can render maximum service to an Owner through a negotiated Design Build contract in which the Owner, Architect and Contractor operate as a TEAM during all phases of planning, development, and construction.
Through a combination of their individual knowledge and skills, project completion is accelerated and unforeseen details are more efficiently overcome, changes and revisions to the plans are accomplished in the design phase rather than during the construction phase saving time and money. Adjustments and/or substitutions of materials are decided upon through the TEAM effort; allowing subcontractors to be quickly and easily awarded or amended; the result is the construction of an economical and efficient structure with the best interest of the Owner being achieved.
Close association with the project development from its inception permits our personnel the opportunity to utilize their experience and knowledge in time and money saving efforts. This also affords us the opportunity to advise the Owner and Architect of the various methods, equipment and procedures inherent to our operations which have proven to be the most cost effective.
