Geoff is the second generation of a family owned business and studied Construction Management and Engineering at Arizona State University. Utilizing the experience of growing up in an environment directly related to the construction industry, he works closely with owners, financial professionals and our operations staff during the entire term of each project.

As President and Chief Financial Officer, Geoff is dedicated to preserving the "premier" status and the "quality" of
projects associated with Double AA. Earning and maintaining our clients' trust is his foremost priority.

David G. Pena, Vice President

As Vice President of Operations, David is the "hands on" individual responsible for all field activities. His extensive construction knowledge has a diverse range from working with clients, in problem solving with the design process, to estimating costs and assisting in administrative decisions.

He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Arizona State University and has been active in the commercial construction industry for more than twenty-seven years.

For over half a century Joseph Peter Schwan has devoted his life to the construction industry. He began his illustrious career in 1942 as an apprentice carpenter on Ellsworth Army Air Force Base in Rapid City, S.D. After serving in WWII, as part of the elite 82nd Airborne Division, he formed his own construction business in July, 1948, in Chicago, IL.

In 1960 Arizona became the home of the Schwan family and Double AA began constructing various projects, commercial and industrial, plus five major hotels. Today Joe has remained involved in the family business as consultant and business development manger. His invaluable presence and knowledge of the industry has proven beneficial to the continued success of Double AA Builders.
